Four Areas of Focus
We believe that a fair legal system and strong community programs go hand in hand. These four principles guide our advocacy and fundraising work.
Court Transparency
Courts should be open and accessible. People deserve the right to observe and record proceedings, so the process remains accountable to the public it serves.
Access to Justice
Small business owners and ordinary people should be able to navigate the legal system without being priced out. Justice shouldn't depend on what you can afford.
A System That Serves Everyone
Legal complexity and high costs shouldn't put ordinary people at a disadvantage. The system works best when it's designed to serve the public fairly.
Fair Discovery
The process of gathering evidence should be straightforward and focused on the truth — not a burden that favors those with more resources or patience.
Community Roots
CV Educations was founded to uplift the Castro Valley community. We previously funded a local robotics program and continue to seek ways to invest in education and community wellbeing alongside our advocacy work.
Our Campaign
MACA stands for Make America Correct Again — and a return of justice to the people. CV Educations supports this initiative as part of our broader mission to ensure the legal system is accessible, transparent, and fair for every person, regardless of their background or financial means.
The Four Principles
The court system should be open and transparent. People should have the right to record or film court proceedings and courthouse procedures, unless a clear and lawful reason exists to limit that right. Open courts help ensure that justice is visible and accountable.
Business owners should have the right to represent their own companies in litigation. Justice should not be out of reach simply because a small business cannot afford an attorney. A fair system finds a way to serve everyone, not just those with resources.
Attorneys should not be able to use legal complexity, professional advantage, and high fees to pressure ordinary people. The legal system exists to serve the public, and it should be structured so that everyday people can navigate it fairly and without undue disadvantage.
The current discovery process has significant room for improvement. It can be used to burden ordinary people and shift outcomes away from the truth. Discovery should be simplified, fair, and transparent — centered on finding the truth rather than winning through procedure.
Who We Are
CV Educations is a nonprofit rooted in the Castro Valley community. We were founded with a simple mission: raise funds to help our community thrive. Our first initiative funded a local robotics program, giving young people in Castro Valley access to hands-on STEM education and the chance to build skills for the future.
The same spirit that drove us to invest in youth education now extends to legal access. We believe that a fair and transparent legal system is foundational to community wellbeing. When everyday people can't get a fair outcome, the whole community feels it.
We raise funds and awareness in support of our community — whether that means backing a robotics team or supporting better access to justice. CV Educations is here to amplify the needs of ordinary people and help find paths forward.
